My husband and I relocated to Jamestown in 2022 and never looked back. Fentress County, the gateway to the Big South Fork, horse country, cascading waterfalls, and some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Southeast, has a way of quietly making every other option obsolete. People who find their way here tend to stay.

Before real estate, I spent over 20 years in corporate strategic planning and operations, culminating in a role as Chief of Staff. My work centered on complex, high-stakes decisions where details matter, and outcomes carry real weight. I hold an MBA and a graduate degree in organizational behavior and decision-making, and I bring the same analytical and structured approach to every transaction.

Over the past year, I have focused specifically on rural land mechanics, including how to evaluate raw acreage, what the land can support, and what it takes to bring a vision to life. Whether it is raw land, an equestrian property, a working farm, or a forever home, I help clients make informed decisions and move through each transaction with a clear understanding of the details. For sellers, that means pricing and positioning rural property with a disciplined understanding of value drivers, including acreage, usability, access, and long-term potential, so that nothing is overlooked and nothing is left on the table.

I serve buyers and sellers across Fentress County, Cumberland County, and the surrounding region.

When I am not working, you will find me hiking, mountain biking, bouldering, exploring by ATV, or in my garden (I am a UT Master Gardener in Fentress County). I also have grandchildren who keep me grounded and a deep appreciation for what it means to find the right place to put down roots.
